Standard Shipping
Standard shipping costs £3.90 per order if the value is under £49.99, any order placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will be packed the following working day. This cost applies to UK mainland addresses only, using DHL Parcel. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive.
Please note: We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, neighbour, etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Parcel Force Express Shipping
This is an estimated 24 hour delivery service. This cost applies to UK mainland addresses only, using Parcel Force. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available within the UK for orders over £50.
International Shipping
We do offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations, but please email customer services at info@libbyloves.co and we will sort things out for you.
Returns
All items can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving your order.

For a full refund please returns your goods within 14 days of receiving your order, all items must be returned unworn and unmarked with labels still on.
For any items received over the 14 day period, we can not do the return & exchange.
All postage costs are non refundable & we don't offer free returns so please ensure all items are sent on a recorded or tracked service to the returns address below:

All Libby Loves Outlet purchases are exchange only - no returns are accepted unless the item is faulty, as determined by our customer care team.
Each Outlet item includes a note explaining this policy, so please read it carefully before placing your order.
- Faulty Items: Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
- Not Considered Faulty: Damage from normal wear and tear or makeup stains on garments will not qualify for return or exchange.
