Delivery
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping costs £3.90 per order if the value is under £20, any order placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will be packed the following working day. This cost applies to UK mainland addresses only, using DHL Parcel. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive.
Please note: We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, neighbour, etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Parcel Force Express Shipping
This is an estimated 24 hour delivery service. This cost applies to UK mainland addresses only, using Parcel Force. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over £50
International Shipping
We do offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations, but please email customer services at libby@lsaapparel.co.uk and we will sort things out for you.
Returns
All items can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving your order. Please email us at info@libbyloves.co to request an exchange. For a full refund please returns your goods within 14 days of receiving your order, all items must be returned unworn and unmarked with labels still on.
For any items received over the 14 day period we will issue a store credit. Store credits are issued using the purchase case email and can only be an redeemed when using the same purchase email.
Only one store credit or promotion discount code can be used against any one order- multiple codes cannot be applied.
All postage costs are non refundable & we don't offer free returns so please ensure all items are sent on a recorded or tracked service to the returns address below:

Adding a garment to your online shopping cart does not secure the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your styles.
Outlet Return Policy
With all Libby Loves Outlet purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Returns will not be accepted via our customer care. Only faulty items can be returned as decided via our customer care team.
Faulty items
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please note make up stains on garment will not be returned.
