Orders
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@libbyloves.co with your name, order number and the new address.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.
Please use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email to check the status of your order. If the carrier was unable to deliver, they should leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Yes, absolutely! You can place an order as a gift by leaving a note at checkout.
We will:
- Remove or cover any pricing information on the item
- Wrap the item beautifully for you
If you have any special instructions, feel free to include them in the note, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

- UK Orders: DHL Parcel UK and DPD
- International Orders: We use a variety of carriers depending on your location. A selection of available carriers will be presented at checkout. We offer both standard and express international shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via the email address used at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- UK Standard Shipping (DHL): 2–4 working days
- UK Next Day Delivery (DPD 24h Force): 1 working day (for orders placed before the cut-off time)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. You will be shown estimated delivery times at checkout, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please complete the return form included with your order and package it with the items you are returning. We recommend using 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Post to return your parcel.
